Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 6, 2016, the Defendant, at around 04:20, 112 of Pyeongtaek-si Building 112, expressed the victim E (inn, 37 years of age) and the F outside of the instant case, had the victim E (inn, 37 years of age) brought a dispute with the victim.

While the defendant was in a dispute, he was assaulted against the victim's head, which is a dangerous thing to the victim's head.
