On October 6, 2018, from around 03:35 to 04:20 on the same day, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim by publicly insulting the victim by referring to the “C” restaurant located in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and 112 reporting that the Defendant did not calculate the food value, and demanding the Defendant to pay food value and return home from the victim E (n, b, 28 years old) affiliated with the Seoul Southern Police Station Dental Police Station (n, 28 years old), who is a restaurant employee, F, and G, who is in the location of the victim, she: (i) “Is Sick Sick, sick, and sick, known,” and “Is Sick, Sick, Sick, Sick, and Sicks who need to know about the food value.”
