A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who intends to divert a mountainous district shall obtain permission from the head of a forest office, etc. for the diversion of such mountainous district by determining its use, and collect rocks above a certain size from among the original rocks in a state of not artificially cut or crushed in a mountainous district, except where a person who has obtained permission to divert a mountainous district collects natural rocks incidentally gathered in the course of diverting the mountainous district, etc.
