1. The Defendant’s KRW 22,240,00 for the Plaintiff and the following: 5% per annum from June 13, 2014 to September 15, 2015.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On April 2010, 2010, Do-si subsidized 80 million won and Si-si 60 million won to the new construction of Do-si Da-si Da-si Da-si Da-si Da-si Do-si Do-si Do-si Do-si Do-si Do-si Do-si, but the residents were required to bear 30 million won, and the Defendant and the chairperson of C-C Do-si Do-si Do-si Do-
B. On November 5, 2010, the Plaintiff: (a) concluded a contract with the Defendant and D Loter for the construction of the instant building on a parcel outside of E and one parcel for the construction cost of KRW 170 million (including value-added tax); (b) completed the construction of the instant building; (c) the construction of the instant building; (d) the construction of the instant building; and (e) the said contract for the said construction; and (e) on June 10, 201, the head of D transferred the said construction amount of KRW 30 million on December 20, 2010 and KRW 80 million on December 23, 2010, KRW 40 million on December 28, 2011, KRW 70 million on the said contract price to the Plaintiff.
C. During the construction of the new construction of this case, the Plaintiff completed the construction by being awarded a contract for the construction cost of KRW 30 million with the exception of the construction work performed as an agent, and D transferred KRW 20 million as additional construction cost to the Plaintiff on January 14, 201, by remitting KRW 20 million as additional construction cost, and paying KRW 10 million in cash to the Plaintiff on January 14, 201.
On November 14, 2012, the Plaintiff, separate from the instant building from the Defendant and D, completed the construction work for installing ancillary facilities, such as the outer fence, packing work per party, warehouse, and toilet building, with a contract for construction cost of KRW 20 million, and completed the said construction work, and the said building, etc. is the “instant ancillary facilities” and the said building.
