Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 20, 2019, around 00:06, the Defendant boarded a D taxi operated by the victim C (the age of 48) in front of the Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and expressed, by hand, the Defendant expressed that “the victim’s neck was fleeped once, and boomed the victim’s breath because the victim said that “the flick was flick in the taxi,” and that the victim said that “the flick was flicked,” and that 2 flicked the victim’s flick.”

Accordingly, the Defendant committed assault against the victim, and made a patent insult of the victim.
