1. Case progress

A. On April 9, 1968 and August 26, 1968, Defendant A and D1 were indicted for violation of the public law and the National Security Act in the Jeonju District Court’s assistance on the charges against Defendant A, and on August 26, 1968, Defendant D, who was the punishment of the above Defendant C, was indicted for violation of the public law and the National Security Act and pending trial on August 26, 1968.
