Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 31, 2013, the Defendant was investigated by the Guro Police Station on suspicion of indecent act by compulsion, and was in an unfasible condition to the ordinary police officer, and reported to 112 by falsity, and had the police officer make a false report to 112 to test whether the police officer is well called out.

On May 2, 2014, around 03:25, the Defendant reported that “Around 03:25, the Defendant was phoneed 112 at his own dwelling, Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 401, and called “the phone was used as a knife that knife had been used.”

Upon receipt of the report, the Seoul Guro Police Station C District guard D et al. was dispatched to check the fact that there was no robbery, and the defendant made a false report on 112.

As above, the Defendant interfered with legitimate performance of official duties, such as the Seoul Guro Police Station C District guard D, etc., in which he/she performed a duty of crime prevention patrol.
