A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On August 27, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor and one year and six months at the Busan District Court on August 15, 2014, and completed the execution of the sentence.

1. No person who has violated the Contempt and Emergency Medical Services Act with respect to a victim C shall interfere with the rescue, transfer, first aid or medical treatment of an emergency medical personnel by means of violence, intimidation, threat, force or other methods or occupy emergency medical facilities of such emergency medical personnel;

At around 22:30 on October 19, 2014, the Defendant entered an emergency hospital in the Busan Young-gu, Busan in the state of drinking, and had several persons, such as emergency patients, their families, nurses, etc., the Defendant: (a) moved the engine inside the emergency room into the emergency room to a large level; (b) took women’s nurses into the emergency room to feel a sense of shame; and (c) spit the patient in the emergency room; (d) spit the patient; and (e) spit the patient; and (e) the victim nurse, who is the victim, could not perform duties, such as normal medical treatment, etc. by smoking the disturbance in the emergency room until 02:58 of the following day.

Accordingly, the defendant occupied an emergency room and interfered with the treatment of emergency patients such as C, etc. by force, and openly insulting C.

2. Interference with the business of victims F;

A. On October 14, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 21:00 on October 21, 2014, at the “H restaurant” of the victim F’s operation in the Busan Young-gu G, the Defendant: (b) expressed the victim the victim’s 20 minutes of the disturbance, namely, “I am sat, I am satch, I am satch, I am satch, I am satch, I am satch, I am satch, I am satch, I am satch.”; and (c) formed an atmosphere of fear, I am out of the restaurant.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's restaurant business by force.

B. On October 16, 2014, the Defendant committed the crime at a “H restaurant” around October 16, 2014.
