Defendant shall be punished by a fine of eight million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

On December 1, 2014, at around 21:52, the Defendant driven B Poter truck under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.240% (equipment measurement) from the 17km section from the 17km section to the B Poter road located in Hongcheon-gun’s written reflectors.
