Punishment of the crime

Around February 10, 2015, the defendant prepared a false statement of complaint about E by allowing D to enter the particulars of the defendant's father's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son'

3.2. Submission of a petition in the name of D with respect to E prepared in the same manner to the Gyeonggi Local Police Agency located in the Dong-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and the same year;

6.1. Around January 1, 200, the Supreme Prosecutors' Office located in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu and the Hongsung-gun's Red Branch Office of Daejeon District Public Prosecutor's Office located in Seocho-gu, Seoul, also submitted a false statement about E in the name of D, respectively.

(E) On April 16, 2010, the above written complaint and the statement in favor of the defendant and the above D, by deceiving the above court, such as submitting a forged loan certificate in 2009 Ghana 4081, a court of the Daejeon District Court of Hongsung support order, and thereby making the defendant and the above D to pay 18 million won and interest thereon to E, are the purport that the above court committed the crime of fraud.

However, on December 26, 2006, the Defendant joined and received KRW 31,200,000 from the above D with the above mold around June 29, 2007, the Defendant directly drafted a certificate of borrowing KRW 31,20,000,000,00,000, written to E as the debtor DF B apartment G 102-1205, and as the debtor’s letter of receipt.

In this respect, the defendant made a false accusation against E for the purpose of having the criminal punishment imposed.
