A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On March 27, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment for fraud, etc. in the Busan District Court Branch Branch of the Incheon District Court, and completed the enforcement of the sentence on May 19, 2014.

1. The Defendant and his accomplice C, who connected the Internet portal site, on the Jungna website registered on the Internet portal site, sent a letter to the victims’ “purchase of goods” on the bulletin board at the place of the sale of the goods, and conspired to use the goods in installments.

Around March 6, 2015, the Defendant and the Defendant reported the victim F’s writing to the effect that “the purchase of a motor vehicle hub” was made on the PC near the E-Mel located in Bupyeong-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si website, and that the said victim would sell a motor vehicle hub, which he/she has within 430,000 won, to the said victim by using the Kakakao Stockholm message.

However, the defendant and the above C did not have any motor vehicle boom at the victim's request for purchase, nor did they have any intention or ability to sell by preparing it after receiving the purchase payment.

Accordingly, in collusion with the above C, the Defendant received 4,30,000 won in total from the victims over 11 times from the victim, as shown in the attached Table 1, from around that time to around 12 of the same month, by deceiving the victim as above and receiving 4,531,00 won from the bank account (Account Number G) under the name of the Defendant.

2. On April 11, 2015, the Defendant’s sole criminal defendant had the victim H’s writing to the effect that “to purchase ests in the PC near the Evis-gu, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, the Evis-si,” and that the Defendant sent KRW 500,000 to the said victim using the Kakaox message.
