1. The Defendant had been on duty as an employee at the E station operated by the victim D in Gangwon-do-si, Gangwon-do, from December 27, 2013 to January 6, 2014. A

On December 28, 2013, the Defendant moved 10,000 won gift certificates, which are owned by the said victim, to a credit cooperative located at the above gas station by using any gaps in the office.

On January 4, 2014, at around 13:00, the Defendant told employees F, who settled the gas station expenses at the above gas station, to transfer his/her vehicle to another place, and he/she used the gap in which he/she intends to move his/her vehicle to another place and carried KRW 500,000,000 in cash owned by the victim.
