1. It was concluded on June 3, 2014 between the Defendant and C Co., Ltd. regarding the real estate stated in the separate sheet.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The plaintiff's order for payment against C Co., Ltd. 1) The plaintiff and C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "foreign Co., Ltd.")

A) On April 2, 2014, E, the representative director of which was the Plaintiff, drafted a certificate of loan (Evidence 2 of A) as follows. On October 7, 2014, the Defendant applied for a voluntary auction on the instant real estate on October 7, 2014 (Seoul District Court Branch DD), and received a voluntary auction decision at the above court on October 16, 2014.
