1. The defendant delivers the building indicated in the attached list to the plaintiff, and deliver the building from September 1, 2018 to the plaintiff.

On November 30, 2017, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant on the monthly rent of KRW 500,000 (pre-payment) and the lease term from December 1, 2017 to January 31, 2018 without a lease deposit, and thereafter the said lease agreement relationship continues implicitly. Since the Defendant did not pay the rent from September 1, 2018 to the present day, the Plaintiff notified the Defendant of the termination of the instant lease agreement and requested the delivery of the leased building, but did not comply with the request. Accordingly, on December 2, 2018, the same judgment as the purport of the claim for the lease of this case is sought.
