Basic Facts

The Plaintiff is a company that runs the electrical construction business, etc. under the trade name of “B,” and the Defendant is a company that aims at construction business.

On June 17, 2014, the Defendant entered into the first electrical construction contract between the Plaintiff and the Defendant (hereinafter referred to as the “first electrical construction contract of this case”) on the part of the Daejeon Sung-gu Daejeon-gu District Building A and the New Construction Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “first electrical construction”).

) The construction cost of Eul is the sum of 7,550,000 won (i.e., A 53,90,000 won B 2,365,000 won and each value added tax are included in the amount including value added tax.

On June 1, 2015, the Defendant concluded a construction contract with the Plaintiff, setting the construction cost of the instant electrical construction (hereinafter “instant electrical construction”) as KRW 143,00,000 as the construction cost of the Daejeon Seo-gu and the E-ground Building Extension Works (hereinafter “instant extended construction”).

The plaintiff, around that time, the defendant added the temporary electrical construction to the second electrical construction of this case, and set the additional construction cost of KRW 1,152,800.

2) Since then, the Plaintiff completed the instant electrical construction. From August 3, 2015 to December 9, 2015, the Defendant paid the Plaintiff a total of KRW 101,300,000 as the construction cost of the instant electrical construction between August 3, 2015 and December 9, 2015. In the instant case, the Plaintiff paid the Plaintiff a total of KRW 101,30,000 as the construction cost of the instant electrical construction. 1) Other fish banks (hereinafter “other fish banks”) were located on July 10, 2015.
