1. The Defendant paid KRW 20 million to the Plaintiff, and 5% per annum from August 25, 2012 to October 5, 2018.

1. On May 19, 201, the Plaintiff made a loan to the Defendant on May 30, 201 with the payment date fixed by the date on which the reimbursement was made. On July 25, 2012, the Plaintiff transferred KRW 10 million to the head of the Tong, which is the Defendant’s wife, to the Defendant on July 25, 201, and thereafter lent the loan to the Defendant. Since the Plaintiff received payment of KRW 27 million thereafter, he/she sought the remainder of KRW 20 million as stated in the purport of the claim and the delay damages therefor (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
