Punishment of the crime

On August 25, 2014, at around 21:50, the Defendant driven a B rocketing car owned by himself under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 5 kilometers from the street in front of the Mayang-ri Village of the Mayang-gun, the Chondong, to the front right of the ancient-do, the same Eup in front of the same Eup, while under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.127%.
