Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 3, 2016, at around 09:20, the Defendant threatened the victim by taking one kitchen-car (20cm in length, 12cm in length), which is a dangerous thing in the kitchen by breaking the head debt of the Defendant, in dispute with the victim C (the age of 23) living together, while putting the Defendant’s head debt, and breaking the Defendant’s head debt.

Accordingly, the defendant threatened the victim by carrying a kitchen, which is a dangerous thing.
