피고인은 2017. 6. 22. 03:46 경 부천시 원미구 심곡동 428-2 중앙 지구대에서 112 신고번호 1447호 " 아저씨 두 명이 소주병을 던지고 싸운다" 는 신고와 관련하여 중앙지구대로 임의 동행된 이후 집으로 귀가하라는 말을 듣자 지구대 내 경찰관들에게 ' 씨 발 새끼야 좃 같은 새끼야' 라는 욕을 하면서 계속하여 지구대 밖에서도 경찰관들에게 ' 개새끼야 좃 같은 새끼' 라며 계속 욕설을 하면서 ' 내가 오늘 사고 친다 '며 시비를 걸고, 갑자기 바닥에 있는 돌을 집어 들어 그곳 지구대 출입구 유리문( 가로 85cm, 세로 190cm, 두께 2cm) 을 향해 힘껏 던져 수리비 미상이 들도록 그 효용을 해하였다.
