1. The defendant shall pay 126,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from January 22, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

Description of Claim

The Plaintiff: (a) determined on October 16, 2006 as interest rate of KRW 24% per annum; (b) due date of September 16, 2008; and (c) determined as interest rate of KRW 24% per annum on September 28, 2007; and (b) on February 25, 2008, the due date of repayment of KRW 30 million on June 4, 2008; and (c) lent each of them on November 4, 2008, with interest rate of KRW 24% per annum; and (d) due date of repayment of KRW 30 million on November 4, 2008.

The interest accrued until October 2014 due to the Defendant’s failure to pay interest on each of the above loans after July 2011 is the total of KRW 56 million.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the sum of the principal and interest KRW 126 million ( KRW 56 million) and damages for delay as prescribed by the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the day after the delivery of the copy of the instant complaint to the day of full payment.
