Reasons
Punishment of the crime
To the extent that it does not disadvantage the defendants' exercise of their defense rights, some correction was made according to facts obtained through the examination of evidence without amendment procedures.
1. Defendant A
A. On July 29, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving a rocketing car at around 22:30 square meters without obtaining a driver’s license for a two-lane road in front of CD located in the king-si.
B. The Defendant, who aided and abetted, was a traffic accident while driving without a license at the time and place specified in paragraph 1(a).
