A is a person who operates entertainment points in the name of G from F2 to G at the same time, and Defendant B is the head of the above main office, and the victim H (V, 36 years old), victim I (V, 24 years old) and victim I (V, 24 years old) are female employees employed in the above main office.

At around 23:00 on September 4, 2014, the Defendants: (a) demanded the victims who did not repay their debt in advance to Defendant A to pay the money; and (b) Defendant A demanded sexual traffic to engage in sexual traffic; (c) Defendant A threatened the victims H with “I would sell them to the door or island without having to pay their debt in advance; and (d) Defendant B instructed the victims H to engage in sexual traffic by guiding them to the telecom along with the above J to engage in sexual traffic; and (e) from around that time to December 6, 2014, Defendant B threatened the victims by the aforementioned methods until December 6, 2014.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to threaten victims to commit acts of selling sex.
