Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. Around June 17, 2017, the Defendant visited the “C Kafbook” located in the Namyang-si, Namyang-si, 17:10 on June 17, 2017, to the effect that the Defendant would not make a parking from the victim D working in the said car page with respect to the parking of a car, and would make the victim take a bath from the stairs inside the car page, and collected a white stone from the wooden box kept therein, and thereby, threatened the victim.
