1. The Defendants are jointly and severally and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 272,197,445 as well as KRW 269,143,715 as from March 11, 2010 to November 201, 2010.

1. The facts alleged by the Plaintiff as the cause of the instant claim do not conflict between the parties, or can be acknowledged by adding the whole purport of the pleadings to the entries in the evidence Nos. 1 and 2.

[Defendant submitted each written objection after being served with the original copy of the payment order (the Defendant Company A was served with the original copy of the payment order on October 4, 2020, and the Defendant B was served with the original copy of the payment order on October 7, 2020, and the Defendant B was served with the original copy of the payment order on October 15, 2020, and did not submit a specific objection or a written answer as to the cause of the claim by the closing date of the argument in this case).

3. The plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
