A On August 24, 2012, the Busan District Court sentenced the suspension of one year and six months of imprisonment for breach of trust to the crime of breach of trust in the Busan District Court, and is the representative of Defendant B (hereinafter “Defendant B”) who is engaged in the manufacturing business of lighting fixtures, etc. on November 1 of the same year.

On March 16, 2012, Defendant A entered this part in the “Y”-9 of a design identical to the “Y” registered under the similar title 1 of the Design Registration Number H, in the Korean Intellectual Property Office on August 18, 2009, at the office of Incheon company Incheon Metropolitan City Incheon Branch Office, Defendant A, in which the Defendant Company and the injured Party G jointly with the “E”, the business partner located in the People’s Republic of China, and on August 18, 2009, Defendant A entered this part in the “SY-12,” but it is obvious that it is a clerical error in light of the record (in particular, the 302 pages, 305 pages of the investigation record). Thus, Defendant A made a correction and entry as above.
