Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a vehicle QM3.

1. On July 24, 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) driven the said car under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.119% in blood on July 24, 2017, while driving the said car at a speed of about 45 km in speed from the luminous border of Korea to the speed of 0.119% in front of the house located in Ischeon-si C.

In this case, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to prevent accidents by accurately manipulating the steering direction and brake system of the motor vehicle through thoroughly examining the direction, direction, and left and right of the vehicle.

Nevertheless, under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant was negligent by neglecting the above duty of care and proceeding ahead of the Defendant’s vehicle, and the Defendant was faced with the part of the Defendant’s front part of the Defendant’s vehicle, following the driving of the victim D (the 29-year-old driver’s vehicle) (the 29-year-old driver’s vehicle) in front of the speed limit.

Ultimately, the Defendant by negligence on the part of the above business to the victim D, who caused the injury of salt and tensions that require approximately two weeks of medical treatment to the victim D, and who was on board the victim’s top-down.

For about 2 weeks of medical treatment to F ( South, 23 years of age), each victim suffered injuries such as salt, tensions, etc.

2. Defendant 1 driven a BM3 vehicle under the influence of alcohol concentration of approximately 0.119% from the 33km section from the GIC near the GIC located in the Sincheon-si, the Sincheon-si, the Sincheon-si, the Sincheon-si, to the house in front of the house located in Echeon-si, the Sincheon-si, the Sincheon-si.
