The criminal facts stated in paragraphs (1) through (13) of the judgment of the defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year and the criminal facts stated in paragraph (14) of the judgment.

Punishment of the crime

On October 10, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Busan District Court on November 15, 2013 and completed the execution of the said punishment on November 15, 2013.

1. On December 20, 2013, the Defendant: around 01:50 on December 20, 2013, at the upper point of “E” operated by the victim D located in Busan Shodong-gu, the Defendant stolen the victim’s market price of KRW 100,000,000, using any gaps in the victim’s business after completing the business.

2. From 01:00 on January 1, 2014 to 04:00, the Defendant: (a) took advantage of the gaps in “G” operated by the victim F, who is located in Busan Seo-gu, Busan, and caused a theft of KRW 5 km equivalent to KRW 10,00 in the market value of the victim’s ownership by taking advantage of the gaps in which the victim completed his/her business and thereby taking any place.

3. From 01:00 on January 1, 2014 to 03:00, the Defendant: (a) took advantage of the gaps in the “I” store operated by the victim H located in Busan Seo-gu, Busan; and (b) taken advantage of the gap in the victim’s business and took advantage of the gap in which the victim’s market value was 10,000 won.

4. On January 2, 2014, at around 20:18, the Defendant, at the upper point of “K” operated by the Victim J in Busan, Seo-gu, Busan, brought a theft by taking advantage of the difference in the victim’s business and then by taking advantage of the difference in the victim’s market value, 30,000 won (hereinafter “K”).

5. On January 4, 2014, around 19:39, the Defendant, at the upper point of “E” operated by the said victim D located in the Seo-gu Busan Metropolitan City, brought about theft of the victim’s market value equivalent to KRW 12,00,00.

6. On April 5, 2014, at around 14:00, the Defendant: (a) went into the “Nanthing Center” office operated by the victim M in Busan Landong-gu; (b) and (c) cut down the 150,000,000 won of the market price posted on the laundry machine.

7. On May 16, 2014, at around 02:00, the Defendant entered an O five tons tower that was parked in front of the office under the foregoing paragraph 1(1) and remains diving, and on the same day at around 07:50 on the same day.
