Punishment of the crime

On September 19, 2015, at around 01:30, the Defendant driven a 100-meter section from the front road of the Han Fungdong-dong Kimhae-si to the front road of the Green Hospital located in Kimhae-si, and under the influence of alcohol content 0.245% while under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant driven a hurbn-purd car.
