Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2016 Highest 4147" has no intention or ability to repay money from the victim C even if he/she borrows money from the victim because he/she has no special occupation as a bad credit holder.

As seen above, the Defendant received KRW 30,000,000 from the said victim in total six times as indicated in the list of crimes, including the victim’s false statement and received KRW 7 million from the said victim on the same day.
