1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant B’s KRW 2,250,000 and for this, KRW 5% per annum from July 22, 2014 to May 13, 2016.
Reasons
1. Claims against Defendant B, C, E, F, G, H, I, and K

2. Claim against Defendant D, J, L, and M
A. The facts of recognition (1) around 11:00 on July 21, 2014, the Plaintiff received a proposal to get loans of KRW 150,000,000 from an infinite person who assumes the name of the N company’s team leader, and transferred KRW 6,000,000 to the account of community credit cooperatives (P) in Defendant D’s name on July 23, 2014, around August 1, 2014, KRW 2,400,000 to the post office account in Defendant J’s name, and KRW 4,650,000 to the modern securities account (R) in Defendant L’s name on the same day, and around August 7, 2014, KRW 3,100,000 to the agricultural bank account in Defendant M&’s name.
(2) The money deposited in each of the above accounts in the name of the Defendants was fully withdrawn by a nameless box.
(3) On the other hand, Defendant J, L, and M were subject to suspension of indictment on the grounds that they lent the passbook to another person to receive compensation for violation of the Electronic Financial Transactions Act.

B. The judgment as to the primary claim (1) The defendants alleged by the plaintiff are liable to pay the plaintiff the above amount and damages for delay as compensation for tort, since the plaintiff was liable to pay the plaintiff the above amount and the damages for delay by deceiving the plaintiff by deceiving the plaintiff and receiving the above amount from the account in the name of the defendants. The defendants are liable to pay the plaintiff the above amount and the damages for delay.
(2) As to the claim against Defendant J, L, and M, Article 760(3) of the Civil Act provides an aided person to commit a tort.
