Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff is a corporation that runs the business of selling industrial telecommunications equipment and appliances, and the business of manufacturing and selling electric automatic control equipment, and the Defendant is a corporation that runs the business of generating solar energy.
B. From September 25, 2014 to December 30, 2014, the financial resources and energy of the corporation installed solar power generation facilities on the roof of the B factory located in Si-si (hereinafter “instant factory”).

The factory roof of this case is installed with 300W mp solar power plate (a solar batteries) 2,907 in the maximum capacity capable of producing one of the 300W mp solar batteries, and the direct current power generated at each panel is connected to eight solar power installed at the roof-centered cable through connected cables so that the direct current power generated at each panel can go through a stop and go through a stop, and then send the direct current electric power to a server that plays the role of changing it into an electric exchange.
