Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a ice car.

On May 4, 2020, the Defendant driven the above car at around 01:40, while driving the car, and led the D three-way distance in front of the Daejeon Sung-gu C, Daejeon, to turn to the left at the left from the E-section one-lane of the two-lane road.
