Reasons
Basic Facts
Defendant I Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Company”) as the parties to the dispute are K, L, and M’s users, engaging in information and communications business, new media business, and sales of information and communications devices. Defendant J assumed office as the representative director on January 14, 2009 and resigned on November 12, 2013.
Plaintiff
A is K's wife, Plaintiff B and C are K's children, Plaintiff D is L's wife, Plaintiff E and F are L's children, Plaintiff G is M's wife, Plaintiff H is Plaintiff H's children. Plaintiff H is Plaintiff H's children.
On December 28, 191, K’s death was appointed as a class-7 employee of the Defendant Company, and was in charge of customer technology service and customer maintenance and repair work, from July 3, 2006, in charge of the Defendant Company’s net office business from July 3, 2006, and from October 18, 2010, in charge of the APT customer business at the female customer consulting team at the female customer consulting team of the Defendant Company, the Defendant Company died on its own as of March 28, 201, while taking charge of the APT customer business at the female customer consulting team.
L’s death L was appointed to the Defendant company on March 24, 1990 and mainly in charge of the operation of transmission facilities. From July 1, 2009 to July 13, 2010, the Defendant’s Gangnam-gu Network Operation Group in charge of the support of transmission technology. From July 13, 2010 to the New Village Branch of Seoul Northern Branch, the Seoul Northern Branch was in charge of the service of customer technology, and from April 1, 201, the said marketing group died on July 6, 201, while the said marketing group was in charge of the home service at the ordinary branch office.
M’s death was appointed as a class 6 employee to the Defendant Company on September 1992 and was in charge of the maintenance and repair of wire X-ray network. From August 26, 2008, the Defendant Company Seoul Southern University Network Service Center was in charge of the support of network technology. From July 13, 2010, M again was in charge of the maintenance and repair of wire X-ray network at the above center’s large operation team. From February 19, 2013, the former branch office was promoted to the team leader and was in charge of the maintenance and repair of wire X-ray network.
