Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On March 17, 2016, the Defendant deposited KRW 60,000 in the Agricultural Cooperative (D) account in the name of Dao-gu Seoul Songpa-gu and 204 with access to the Internet illegal gambling site, and deposited KRW 60,000 in the Agricultural Cooperative (D) account in the name of Doo-gu, Songpa-gu, Seoul, and 204, and provided a gambling game with a charge for the game money corresponding to the amount of the deposit, and received the amount of dividends in accordance with the dividend rate.

In addition, the Defendant saw the sum of KRW 5,475,00 through 49 times in total as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Table between the above day and August 10, 2016, and gambling on the Internet.
