Defendant
A social welfare foundation B is a social welfare foundation that operates the "D", which is a sanatorium for persons with severe disabilities in the state of leisure, and the defendant A works as a rehabilitation teacher in the above "D".
1. Defendant A
A. On May 15, 2016, at around 17:45, the Defendant: (a) ceased in front of the toilets of the victim E (33 tax) who is a disabled person with severe disabilities, and took the urine back from the toilets, and read “to return to the toilets,” the victim’s shoulder was pushed down; (b) the victim was satched; (c) the victim’s name was frightened; (d) the victim’s body was frightened; (e) the victim’s body was frightened; (e) the victim’s body was frightened; and (e) the victim’s body was frightened; and (e) the victim’s body was frightened; and (e) the victim’s body was frighted and subdivided into the victim’s face, thereby preventing learning.
Accordingly, the defendant committed violence to the body of the victim who is a disabled person.
B. On September 11, 2016, at around 16:00, the Defendant sent water to the Victim G (30 years old) who is the disabled and waited for his/her own use once, at the places described in the above paragraph (a) on September 11, 2016, when he/she was sittinged and melted.
Accordingly, the defendant committed emotional abuse against the victims of the disabled.

On September 12, 2016, the Defendant: (a) had the victim H(333 tax) who was a person with a serious disability during eating, leading the victim to take her hand so that he/she can drink her, using this boom; (b) had the victim take her fluor for 20 times, and had the victim sit her fluor for 20 times, and repeated her fluor for 20 times.
Accordingly, the defendant committed emotional abuse against the victim who is a disabled person.
2. The Defendant B, a social welfare foundation, committed each of the above 1. The Defendant, an employee of the Defendant, committed the same offenses as the above 1.
