Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and by a fine of five hundred thousand won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. Crimes committed on or around December 11, 2019;

A. On December 11, 2019, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act: (a) from around 19:5 to around 21:01, at the Ulsan Central Police Station C box in Ulsan Central Police Station B located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu; (b) on the ground that the police officers neglected themselves when the police officers were parked due to parking problems with others, the Defendant committed an act of disturbing the police officers by uttering by rough words and actions at the government offices, such as “police spackspackspacks, but spackspackspacks, spackspackspacks, spackspacks, and spackspackspacks,” while drunking the police officers.

나. 모욕 피고인은 위 가항 기재 일시 및 장소에서, 피고인에 대한 사건 처리를 하고 있는 피해자인 경사 D(31세)에게 “개새끼들, 내일 아침에 중부서 갔다가 (청와대) 갈건데, 아주 못된 새끼, 무궁화 하나 짜리, 시험 봐서 올라간 거라 , 시험도 뭘 본거야, 돌대가리라, 무궁화 쬐깐한 것 하나 달고 , 씨발, 내일 아침에 시청 갔다가 바로 청와대 간다 KTX타고, 씨발놈 내가 말하면 지는 가는 거야, 씨발새끼 말하는 거 봐라”라고 큰소리로 말하는 등 주변에 경찰관 5명과 피고인의 처와 아들 등여러 명이 듣고 있음에도 불구하고 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.

C. On December 11, 2019, at around 22:00, the Defendant damaged public goods, the Defendant: (a) arrested the Defendant as a flagrant offender in violation of the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act; and (b) removed the part of the patrol by the police officer on the back seat of the patrol vehicle (E) in order to proceed with the criminal affairs of the police station in order for the Defendant to proceed with the police station.” (c) On the back seat of the patrol vehicle (E), the Defendant was carrying the Defendant on the front seat of the patrol vehicle (E).
