A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) is a person engaging in driving a car C Pote.

From February 13, 2013 to February 21, 2015, the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.126% in the section of about 8km from the Do near the river basin located in the Dong of Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City to the 48-99 front road in the Gu-si, Gu-si.
