Criminal facts

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.

2. On July 7, 2014, the Defendant against the victim E posted a letter, “The Home Poper mobile product right of KRW 500,000,000, KRW 500,000, KRW 500,000, KRW 500,000, KRW 500,000” by accessing the Internet NAV to the cross-dissecter located in Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
