1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won;

Punishment of the crime

No person shall perform any act impeding the structure of roads or traffic on roads without justifiable grounds.

Nevertheless, from December 2, 2012 to October 30, 2015, the Defendant installed five lux boards with a size in a luminous base in 904, as Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, and sold clothing, etc.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an act that interferes with road structures and traffic without any justifiable reason.
