A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "A") is a corporation that operates urban bus passenger transportation services with 114 full-time workers.

The plaintiff has a regional bus sub-branch under the national industrial trade union established with the organization of workers engaged in the nationwide public, transportation and social services, and the regional bus sub-branch has a sub-branch under its control, and the number of members of the A sub-branch is 67.

The Intervenor joining the Defendant (hereinafter referred to as the “ Intervenor”) is a nationwide industrial trade union established with the organization of workers engaged in the nationwide transportation industry, and the number of members A is 26.

The current status of A’s trade union is that, in addition to the Plaintiff and the Intervenor, the “C Branch Trade Union” (hereinafter referred to as “C Branch Trade Union”) which is an enterprise-level trade union (13 union members) established for the organization of workers belonging to A and the “NNB Trade Union” (hereinafter referred to as “B Labor Union”) which is a regional-level trade union (9 union members belonging to A) established for the organization of local drivers.

The National Democratic Bus Trade Union was established under a trade union established on May 24, 1997 as a trade union established on May 24, 1997.
