1. All appeals filed by the plaintiffs are dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. In the case of the Gyeonggi-do AM large AM large 138 square meters, 128 square meters, and 645 square meters (hereinafter collectively referred to as “each of the instant circumstances”), the land survey division (AP No. 2, 1, 2) prepared under the Decree on Land Survey during the Japanese Occupation Period was indicated as the owner of each of the instant situation land.

Thereafter, among the land under each of the instant circumstances, the land indicated above AM andN became the land indicated in [Attachment 2] Nos. 1 and 2 of the real estate list, and the land indicated in the said AO list Nos. 3 and 4 of the same list following the procedures for partition, land category change, etc.

On October 14, 1931, AP, the title holder of each assessment land of this case, died on October 14, 1931, and as a family head heir of AP died on January 20, 1970, AP also became a sole property heir of AP, the Plaintiffs and AR, AS, ATS, AT, and AU jointly inherited the property of AP.

On the other hand, with respect to the land of this case Nos. 1 and 2, the registration of ownership transfer in the name of Defendant E was completed on January 9, 1971, and among them, the registration of ownership transfer in the name of Defendant E was completed on November 16, 1978 on November 21, 1978 on the ground of sale and purchase as of November 21, 1978 on the land of this case, the registration of ownership transfer in the name of Defendant F was completed on September 2, 2004 on the ground of inheritance as of September 2, 2003, the registration of ownership transfer in the name of Defendant E was completed on January 27, 2004 again on the ground of sale and purchase as of January 16, 204, and the registration of establishment and establishment of superficies was completed on June 7, 2007.
