A Imprisonment for eight months, and Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment for four months, respectively.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is a person who is engaged in driving C 125CC, and Defendant B is a person who is engaged in driving a motor vehicle with D low-speed.
1. Defendant A
A. At around 00:40 on April 25, 2015, the Defendant driven the above stove without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.085% from the 2km section of approximately 2km to the front line of the door-to-door, Ulsan-dong, Ulsan-gu, to the day before the stove in the same way.
