Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

However, as to the Defendants for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a business owner who runs an entertainment drinking house under the trade name of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D, and Defendant B is an employee of the above main office.

On September 11, 2013, the Defendants joined the said E entertainment tavern with a customer who is unable to know his/her name and a single-name G who is an employee of the F news reporting room to encourage entertainment. The Defendants arranged sexual traffic by having the said customer receive 200,000 won from the said customer and the said single-name G with a single-time sexual intercourse (Provided, That from August 3, 2013 to August 13, 2013, the Defendants arranged sexual traffic from around 3, 2013 to the said date, as shown in the list of crimes (Provided, That from around August 13, 2013, Defendant A, 4, and 50 million won for Defendant A) as shown in the list of crimes, and arranged sexual traffic between customers and female employees on the said main points.

Accordingly, the defendant conspireds to arrange sexual traffic for business purposes.
