A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around April 12:05, 201, the Defendant driven a coo motor vehicle in the section of approximately 50km from the front of the Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Downdong Apartment apartment to the front of the Nam-gu Seoul Southern-ro 2 Dongdong Community Service Center, Seoul, without obtaining a driver’s license, on April 4, 2016.

2. On March 2016, the Defendant: (a) while driving a scoo car in front of the Seoul Southern-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Residents’ Center 2 School from the street in front of the Seoul Southern-ro 44 school-based, the Defendant illegally displayed the official document by citing the driver’s license under the name of the Seoul Local Police Agency issued by the Seoul Central Police Agency Korea National Police Agency (Seoul Dongdaemun-gu) and presenting the driver’s license under the name of the Defendant as the Defendant’s identification witness.
