Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On June 12, 2017, the Defendant, at Kimpo-si, leased the Eyone Star Co., Ltd.’s employees from the victim Kimpo-si by June 16, 2017, and embezzled the Eyone Star Co., Ltd. by refusing to return despite the lapse of the lease period on June 16, 2017, even if the Defendant requested the return of the said Star Co., Ltd.
