1. The Defendant, from the Plaintiff, on November 30, 2016, as to the portion of 20/100 out of the 1,099 square meters of the Young-gu Parking Lot C in Suwon-si, Suwon-si.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On January 12, 2016, the Plaintiff and the Defendant’s ASEAN completed each registration of ownership transfer with respect to the share of 2/10 on August 31, 201 with respect to the share of 1,099m2 (hereinafter “instant land”) in Young-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, for sale on August 31, 201, and D with respect to the share of 8/10.
B. The Plaintiff and the Defendant drafted a written confirmation on November 30, 2016 (hereinafter “instant confirmation”) and the main contents are as follows.
1. A parking lot C in Yeongdeungpo-gu, 1,099.4 square meters at the time of display of real estate;
2. Content of confirmation: Assignment by 2/10 of the shares of the plaintiff.
A. The purchase price for the above real estate shall be KRW 600,000,000.
B. The purchase price is set off against all shares of land that the Defendant transferred to the Plaintiff.
The defendant's share among the defendant's share of 1/3 E/M of the 79.83 square meters of the defendant's share of 1/3 E/M of the 583 square meters of land, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, 2016, 1/3 of the 126 square meters of the defendant's share of 1/3.
C. The transfer of ownership is based on the period from January 13, 2017 to January 31, 2017.
When transferring ownership, the defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 20,000,000 separately in addition to the purchase price.
G. The plaintiff agrees to change the name of the owner to D who was designated by the defendant.
C. In addition, the Plaintiff and the Defendant drafted an agreement on November 30, 2016 (hereinafter “instant agreement”) and the main contents are as follows.

The content of the agreement, among the shares of the Defendant 1/3 E in the area of 79.83 square meters of the shares of the Defendant among the shares of 1/32 square meters of the shares of the Defendant 1/3 F in the area of 126 square meters of the shares of the Defendant among the shares of 583
A. The above real estate ownership is transferred to the Plaintiff.
B. The payment of the purchase price shall be offset against the purchase price due to the transfer of the Plaintiff’s share of the 1,099m2 in Young-gu, Suwon-gu, Suwon-si.
The Plaintiff prepared a written consent to change the name of the owner of the previous building (D and one other) on the ground of the instant land to D.
