A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On March 30, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of three million won by the Changwon District Court for a violation of the Road Traffic Act.

On July 10, 2020, at around 03:34, the Defendant driven an E K5 passenger car from approximately 1 km distance from Csanbu in the window B of Changwon-si to the front road of the same Gu, while under the influence of alcohol by 0.122% of blood alcohol level.
