B. On March 24, 2009, the Defendant omitted the entry of “O Ri” when referring to the Plaintiff on March 24, 2009, Gyeonggi-gu, Gyeonggi-do, 916 square meters, and land below, and indicated only the parcel number.

D With respect to the previous 1,372 square meters, E, 622 square meters, and F, 857 square meters (hereinafter collectively referred to as “real estate before the instant partition”), each provisional registration of ownership transfer claim was completed.

After that, the real estate before the division of this case was divided or the relation of rights was changed as listed below.

On June 29, 2015, the land category of G 27 square meters was changed to “road”; F 49 square meters prior to J; G 73 square meters prior to K; K 72 square meters prior to K; G 33 square meters prior to I; 258 square meters prior to M; and 34 square meters prior to M was changed to “large” on June 29, 2015.

C. The Defendant totaled KRW 230 million to the Plaintiff, including KRW 20 million on September 5, 2013, KRW 170 million on March 18, 2014, and KRW 40 million on March 26, 2014.
