Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant was sentenced to four years of imprisonment on February 4, 2016, and was proposed to introduce office-based jobs from D (which is currently pending in the appellate trial trial) and went into China on November 17, 2012, and came to take part in the operation of “E” (F,G, etc.) which is a private sports soil site managed by D.

Therefore, even though the defendant is not an entrusted business entity of the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation, the defendant has issued things similar to the right to vote to vote to vote to the sports promotion and received property or property benefits in collusion with D and others.
