B A stock company is a corporation for the purpose of processing and selling agricultural products in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E and 3 floors, and has been certified as safety management from September 19, 2014 to September 18, 2017 by the Director of Certification of Livestock Product Safety Management, and Defendant A is the representative director of the said corporation.

And F is the representative director of G Co., Ltd. for the purpose of processing and selling agricultural products in Seongdong-gu Seoul and fourth floors as Defendant A's wife.

1. No person who intends to make an indication or advertisement that is different from facts or exaggerated in relation to the name, manufacturing method, ingredients, dietitians, raw materials, use and quality of livestock products, packaging of livestock products and tracking and management of traceability of livestock products;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, in collusion with the above F, entered the imported money storage amounting to KRW 111,85,840,00, KRW 3,703,000, and KRW 362,160,131, and KRW 123,243,766, and KRW 123,766, and KRW 123,243,76, and KRW 766, in livestock products, the Defendant entered the safety management certification (HCC) mark in collusion with the said G G G G G stock company’s workplace, which was not certified for safety management, as if it were processed by the G stock company B, and then entered the false marking in the livestock products by supplying it to employees cafeteria, hotel hotel, restaurant restaurant, etc.

2. Defendant B Co., Ltd.: (a) the representative A, made a false indication of his duties as described in paragraph (1).
